Important Information
This tournament is now located in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the UMAC.
By entering the facility, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID–19 exists in any public place where people are present. You are agreeing not to hold the American Grappling Federation, Union Public Schools, Independent District #9, or any of the staff of Union Public Schools liable for illness or injury related to exposure to COVID-19.
Masks are required at all times unless you are actively competing or actively coaching (seated in the coaches chair). Anyone under the age of 10 is exempt from wearing a mask, however it is still encouraged.
Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry of the facility. Anyone over 100 degrees will be denied entry.
Shoes are mandatory at all times when not on the mats.
There will be signs on the seats with alternating rows blocked restricted. Please do not sit in the blocked off rows.
Juvenile and Adult competitors cannot weigh in on Saturday. You must weigh in on Sunday.
Weight Cards and Weigh Ins will be in the interior lobby.
Only coaches with Coach Passes will be allowed access on the floor. Coaches are allowed to remain behind the barricades during the tournament to allow them faster access to their competitors. Once a coach no longer has any students competing, we ask that they leave the floor area.
Competitors will be allowed access on the floor 30 minutes prior to their assigned Staging time. Competitors must go directly to the Staging table for their uniform check. Any competitor that does not check in at the Staging table at their allotted time, will be disqualified.
For safety reasons, one parent of a Tiny Kid competitor will be permitted to escort their child to the Staging area. Once they are checked in, the parent may remain on the floor while their child's division is running. Tiny Kid divisions are on mats 1 and 3. Once the division is over, the parent must escort their child back out of the floor area.
Competitors that are done competing (and their spectators) are required to leave the venue. We must stay under 500 people in the building at one time (including facility and AGF staff). If the facility believes we are over the 500 person cap, we may be asked to clear the building and do a head count on people re-entering.

Tournament Instructions
- Arrive at the venue approximately 1 hour before your scheduled STAGING time. We often run ahead of schedule.
- Please make sure you are compliant with the Hygiene and Uniform Guidelines (Page 18/19). You will have to pass by the uniform checker prior to being granted entry into the Pit.
- Weigh in prior to reporting to STAGING for your uniform check. We typically will call your division 15 minutes prior to the posted STAGING time.
- Kids can weigh in as soon as the doors open. Adults may weigh in as early as they like as long as there are no kids currently in line. For 2 day tournaments, adults must weigh in on their competition date.
- Once you’ve cleared the uniform check, stand in the PIT line according to your mat number. You will wait here until a ring coordinator calls you.
- Once you enter the PIT, you cannot leave unless given permission by the Pit Manager.
- The STAGING time is not your competition time. The competition times are typically in 1 hour blocks and start 30 minutes after your STAGING time.
