2019 Challenger Series

We are excited to announce the launching of our new 2019 Challenger Series. Starting in March at the Oklahoma, Virginia and Portugal events we will be adding an additional No Gi division at all of our 2019 events for Pro No Gi competitors.

These new division types will have the opportunity to earn our new Black Qualifier Medal. Competitors who win a Black Qualifier Medal in the USA earn the right to compete in one of our three designated Challenger Semi Final events. These events will be announced shortly in California, Texas and New Jersey. European Qualifier tournament champions will earn their slot at the European Championships in the Netherlands.

South American, Australian and Pan Pacific locations will be announced soon.

The 4 new Pro No Gi divisions are:

    Lightweight
  • Adult (18+) Male 175 lbs and under and 79.5 kgs and under
  • Adult (18+) Female 150 lbs and under and 68.2 kgs and under
    Heavyweight
  • Adult (18+) Male 175.1 lbs and above and 79.6 kgs and above
  • Adult (18+) Female 150.1 lbs and above and 68.2 kgs and above

Competitors who decide to compete in the Challenger Series cannot compete in the normal No Gi Absolute division for that specific event as it will be run at the same time.

Competitors can compete in as many Qualifier events as they want until they earn their Black Qualfier Medal.

The winners at the Challenger Semi Final events will earn the right to compete at the AGF Challenger Series Finale held in January on the stage with Fight To Win running the production and streamed live!
